5 /5 Amit Bhansali: Fantastic experience on a busy boxing day sale. I wanted to buy under armour shoes and was looking for some good deal. Luckily I managed to get it at rebel on boxing day. The sales rep Kelvin was very friendly and spent time in ensuring we were happy with the shoes we were buying. He also offered us to trial other brands so we had no doubts for the purchase we were doing. Would highly recommend this store

1 /5 Jack u: That women in the counter have been giving me death stares as soon as I entered the store. She is not even trying to hide it just staring at me at all times. And when I went up to her to pay for the good, she doesnt even greet me or say anything. I know that there are some stealing issues going on in this store, however giving disgusting attitude to anyone who enters the store and making them feel uncomfortable is not going to solve anything. Either hire a security guard or leave the stocks in back storage. I am never coming here again!

1 /5 S Deen: Staff desperately need training on assertiveness. I had a lady cut in front of me and interrupt my turn while I was getting served. She asked the staff member who was serving me to ‘quickly handle her purchase’ because I was ‘taking too long’. Instead of asking her to wait her turn, the staff ended up giving in and serving her while others waited in line for their turn behind me, leaving the customers to fight it out amongst themselves. Very poor form Rebel Dandenong.
