The atmosphere is warm, friendly, and truly supportive. It’s a brilliant space for anyone over 40 (man or woman) who wants to make real, lasting changes to their lifestyle. The personal trainers are fantastic — they offer alternatives for exercises when needed, and always make you feel encouraged, never judged.
Me-Time Fitness is genuinely the perfect gym for people who don’t like gyms. I can’t recommend it highly enough!
