Gillian King We are regulars at this gym. I love that each person gets an individual program tailored to their capacity and goals. All sessions are supervised by university-trained Exercise Physiologists who give extra tips on technique. Your program is reviewed every few months and you get new exercises. I have now built up a large repertoire of exercises that I know how to do safely.
Best of all, I have had no falls since starting at Active Seniors.
