Jenelle Stafilis just had my 90 minute massage at Natural Wellness. I was so happy with my experience. The space is so beautiful and calming, from the reception to the spa room, to the bathroom. Such attention to detail with beautiful furnishings and a calm and tranquil feeling. Sarah delivered probably the best ever massage that I have ever experienced. She was extremely professional, gave a thorough and detailed introduction. Her massage was exactly what I needed and unlike most Ive ever had, did not leave me disappointed. I was so relaxed and felt so nice in both mind and body after the massage. I will definitely be back.

Oskar Calderon Ive been training here for almost a year. The environment of the gym is amazing; great coaches as well. Everyone is there to train and push themselves. Having Boxing classes lining up with the Dutch Kickboxing Classes is definitely a win-win situation too.

Nugget Nugget Michelle is a great teacher and warm and welcoming. I have really enjoyed her classes. She takes the time to show you correct stance and adjust as needed if you have issues. The setting at Heal is beautiful which adds to the whole experience.
