Jacqui Manolopoulos Amazing studio and instructors. The classes are always different and well put together. They have good intensity and flow and I have a love/hate relationship with the HIIT elements. Always optional advancements to push us and the instructors come with good vibes. Also the music is perfect.

Bodyflex Gym 24/7 - VIC

Sophanny Parny Tham I was reading the previous negative posts, and I can only assume that the management has changed hands. I really enjoy this gym, as it is small, clean, and quiet. Theres never any problem with looking for parking. The staff are friendly, and greet you upon arrival. Theyre very approachable and helpful. During the times I attend, the staff are always wiping down the equipment & vacuuming. Waiting for pilates or yoga classes to start up.

Optimum Nutrition & Training - VIC

Sharon Lettey Kole & Michael are both great trainers, super motivating and push you to do more (and thats what I want). Its a great vibe too (well, the music is sometimes questionable but Im a middle age woman) I only started a few weeks ago but by the end of my first week I felt like part of the community! Maeve is super helpful with nutrition. Michael is happy to share his wealth of knowledge with you. Dont hesitate, if its real training/results you want give this place a go.

Missfit Personal Training & Fitness - VIC

Samantha Prozenko I absolutely love training with Mary and doing one-on-one reformer Pilates sessions with her. She is honestly amazing! Mary is so knowledgeable, motivating, and genuinely cares about her clients and their progress. The studio is always super clean, calm, and welcoming, and it’s such a nice environment to train in. Since training with Mary, I’ve noticed a huge difference in my body. I feel more toned, stronger, and more defined. Not only that, but I’ve felt so much fitter and healthier both physically and mentally. Couldn’t recommend her enough!
