Also if you are hesitant of what F45 is all about, I can vouch that once you start you will be hooked. Different workouts every day and a great balance of cardio and weights. The trainers are knowledgeable and encouraging, the studio is clean and the community that trains at F45 Northbridge are the best. I highly recommend F45 Northbridge.

Core Principles Personal Trainer Melbourne - VIC

Belinda Yee Core Principles offers a really great semi-private personal training service. The trainers are very professional and friendly and the classes are both challenging and fun.
