Fitter Life Personal Training - VIC

Rico Very grateful that Hennie was recommended to me. Developing a good range of specific to me core strength exercises and program , that she modified over time to carefully help me recover well from an ongoing lower back problem, that I was struggling to shift, and make sure I was fit for a big overseas ski trip and get me back to fitness for off the beach dinghy sailing. Hennie really coached me through using the machines in the gym to make sure I was using them properly too, especially for my shoulder too.

Hack The Gym - VIC

Helle Clausen Matt is an amazing PT. His understanding of how the body works and how it works differently for each of his clients is what really sets him apart from any other trainer I have encountered. He helped me rebuild my strength after many years of illness. I still, after more than a year at Hack the Gym, do PT with Matt because he continues to challenge and build my body stronger at an age where most are going downhill. Thank you Matt!

Fawaze El masri huge shout out to Al’s Gym for creating such an amazing gym culture. A special thanks to Aaron, the owner, and to Courtney, Billy, and Burke all of whom are just fantastic staff members. Al’s Gym is truly the people’s gym. The atmosphere is incredibly positive, with zero toxicity and a real sense of community. Everyone goes out of their way to help each other, and it’s just an awesome place to be. Their motto really says it all: Al’s Gym is the people’s gym.
