Gabrielle Winston KX Fitzroy is absolutely my favourite studio. The studio itself is always well maintained, clean, with all equipment in perfect condition. The staff are friendly and go above and beyond for their clients. Despite being regularly undertaking reformer classes, if I have had a break and need to be eased back in, the modifications offered by the instructors are perfect. The classes are far from intimidating and I always leave feeling as though I have had a workout. Zaras classes are always a favourite too - it is evident how skilled she is as an instructor considering the variation of exercises she includes in every single class.

Amy Applekät Had an amazing session after a long hiatus from exercise due to injury. Unfortunately I have to give up my usual weightlifting for lower impact exercise, and my reformer class with Karen was the perfect introduction to Pilates; she is intuitive and gentle but great at communicating and breaking down the moves to a newbie. Great taste in music too! I’m now no longer dreading my transition away from my usual routine and into Pilates, and am really looking forward to coming back!

Zeke Chris has the perfect setup for all your needs. His programs have helped me gain strength in areas that I was weak in. Gym setup is first class, highly recommended!
