He went above and beyond, making many calls and doing his best to resolve the matter. Thanks to his efforts, we achieved a great outcome. I highly recommend his service.

1 /5 n k: The man in booth C was rude and unprofessional. I was locked out of all my accounts and needed in-person assistance to regain access. He said I should have called via phone and dismissed my problem, visibly shaking his head at me - I was locked out of my accounts, including not being able to use my ANZ app PIN. The lady at the concierge was the only helpful person around and tried her best. The phone line was useless, I couldnt verify myself because my app PIN was locked, so I was stuck in a loop. Ive been on the phone for 3+ hours trying to speak to an actual human. Im done with ANZ and will close all my accounts with them. Absolutely unacceptable.

1 /5 Ali Asif: Worst experience ever in my life. I deposit my money in atm machine and machine gives me error says unable to proceed and i have not recieved money in my account . Now its been 3 weeks trying to call on helpline but no progress and says you have to wait. My only fault is that i used the Anz Atm machine to deposit my money

1 /5 Danielle Bourke: Would give a zero if I could. Was called by the branch to go in due to refinancing. Took half a day off work so I could go in and verify my id. Had to explain numerous times as to why I was there. two weeks later received a follow up from my broker that my id has not been verified despite being in there for almost an hour. Will go to another branch and see if I have better luck
