Allison Holmes Alasana is a beautiful boutique and tranquil space where I discovered the joys of yoga, exploring various poses and learning about the unique benefits of each class. One of the fantastic aspects of this boutique setting is that the instructors tailor their classes to support everyone, regardless of their skill level, fostering a very encouraging atmosphere with absolutely no judgment. Ive had the pleasure of meeting some lovely people here!

Fawaze El masri huge shout out to Al’s Gym for creating such an amazing gym culture. A special thanks to Aaron, the owner, and to Courtney, Billy, and Burke all of whom are just fantastic staff members. Al’s Gym is truly the people’s gym. The atmosphere is incredibly positive, with zero toxicity and a real sense of community. Everyone goes out of their way to help each other, and it’s just an awesome place to be. Their motto really says it all: Al’s Gym is the people’s gym.

Pat Rogers You wont find a better place to train boxing, doesnt matter what level you are. Ive been training with the head coach Chris for 3 years and he changed my life. Would recommend to anyone

shima Maleki BayFit Center in Altona is a fantastic place for families! The swimming pool is always very clean, and the facilities are excellent, especially if you have little kids. It’s super convenient with plenty of parking, and the on-site café makes it even better the coffees and snacks are great. Everything is well maintained, family-friendly, and comfortable. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a welcoming and enjoyable place to swim and relax.
