1 /5 Retail BRG: My wife and I have shopped here over a number of years so we have always supported small business in our area. (Spent another $480 last month) Went in to get a battery changed in my watch. Asked for a cost and was told watch had to be sent away for quote and the $50 charge to be sent away for quote would come off the cost of repair. Shop called and told me the cost would be $264 including $50. They are now saying $50 will not come off the balance. I asked for my watched be returned but another three weeks have passed and I have not received my watch. They called me yesterday offering a discounted price. Today they are saying no discount. Have again asked for my watch to be returned. I said to the shop assistant I would review them poorly online and she laughed out loud and basically hang the phone up in my ear. At this stage have no idea when my watch will be returned. Never shop here for anything, sales assistants are rude and deceitful!

I would like that one of your consultants at this store, Katherine, be recognized by management for her superior communication skills, diligence, professionalism and commitment to Customer Service. I buy from this store because of Katherine and the wonderful relationship she has built with me and other customers - she is a credit to Saleras. 1 /5 Mick M: Bought a faulty $750 limited Edition watch from Catherine yesterday and on my attempt to get the watch replaced by her today, discovered a/ the whole batch is running way fast; b/ she is highly unprofessional and is unaware of local laws protecting buyers here. C/ she threatened me with security even as she falsely claimed I had scratched the band which she herself adjusted for me yesterday . I am escalating this and know my rights extensively. It’s a pity Salerna’s taints its reputation with such unprofessional staff. Buyers beware. I returned the next morning in good faith, hoping the seller would be more amenable to acknowledge local consumer laws. When I presented her with a copy of relevant consumer law, she arrogantly dismissed it and said she doesnt care about the law, and would not enter into any discussion. The watch I purchased was a brand new limited edition Seiko, and it has proven faulty as soon as I brought it home. It gains a minute an hour. From my inspection of other similar watches they have on sale, I suspect the whole batch is faulty. This seller has no interest in the quality of her products, nor the laws protecting consumers. Extremely unprofessional.

Most of all thank you to Monica who over the years has been a delight showing me a range of beautiful jewellery More recently a necklace and ring. Lovely worker and lady. Will definitely keep coming back.

5 /5 Emma Downes: Amazing experience with the Saleras team at altona gate! Monica was wonderful on both of our visits. We bought our engagement ring there and returned for our wedding rings. On both occasions, Monica gave us amazing support and guidance on all choices and styles and what suited us best. She was honest and is very knowledgeable and an absolute pleasure to deal with.
