Bettina Christodoulou Jess is such a great trainer, I was referred to her from a friend and cant think of anyone better to recommend to other potential clients looking for a trainer to help them reach there weight goals. Jess from the start was really friendly, a great motivator for me and always so positive, she is also really Flexible which really helps with my job. I have been with jess for a month now and have already lost a dress size. Thank you so much jess for being so amazing.

Sarah Dunbar I was really nervous coming to the class because it’s been a while since I have worked out and while the class was challenging the instructors and atmosphere was so friendly and positive. I was welcomed and talked through the class and everyone I spoke to was friendly and made me feel welcome. I highly recommend this upbeat workout

li jiawen My baby girl absolutely loves Shelby (her first ever teacher). Shelby had taught my 4month old how to kick and blow bubble in water. Seeing them play, giggle and chill in the pool melts my heart. grateful for such a wonderful experience and Shelby!
