Higher State Melbourne Airport - VIC

Richard Woolford My partner and I have been attending Higher State for almost a year now. Given the opportunity to have a membership being a Melbourne Airport worker. We find the gym and pool facilities to be very clean and new. The array of equipment suits our workouts and the gym is often empty. The sauna can be disappointing at times due to its size and inconsistent heat, however, when available it’s a good option. The pool area, when not used by guests and children, is also a great alternative. We are now using the facility via the Fitness Passport App and Riley has always been able to help us along the way with any issues. He replies promptly to any text messages and solves any access or membership problems easily. Higher State is a fantastic facility for members and guests of the hotel. A couple of side issues, the lockers are too small and very few are available and the change rooms lack a space to change.

Maddy Holt I have tried many gyms and classes, but 12RND by far my favourite!! Boxing, Functional training, cardio and core all in one! No two workouts are ever the same so youll never get bored. A non-intimidating environment and friendly staff, I urge everyone to try it, I promise youll see the results!

Every session is challenging but also enjoyable, and he always makes sure my form and technique are correct. Aria takes the time to understand your goals and designs a program that’s tailored to you, which makes a huge difference. I’ve seen amazing results and feel stronger, fitter, and more confident thanks to his guidance. Highly recommend him to anyone looking for a trainer who truly wants to see you succeed! And the new machines and new layout are amazing. The workers greet me on the way in and out.

Baileys Bodies Fitness Training - VIC

Simone Gee I recently took part in the 6 week challenge with Bailey’s Bodies. After years of poor eating choices Tanna was able to help me focus and set realistic food goals through one on one coaching and menu planning that focussed on increasing the amount of protein in my diet accompanied by exercise at bootcamp sessions. It only took 4 weeks for me to notice a positive change, not only with starting to build muscle, but more importantly having a much healthier relationship with food. It has now been quite a few months since completing the challenge and the positive changes are still with me. I cannot recommend Bailey’s Bodies highly enough for anyone who is looking to make a lasting impact on their health and wellbeing. Tanna is an outstanding personal trainer, coach and mentor who genuinely cares about every client. Take the first step, you won’t ever look back!
