5 /5 Melissa Anson: My experience of chair yoga with Laura at Santosha was of calmness, gentle movement and with one-on-one guidance to ensure I was doing the movements correctly.
I am a large woman and have a sore shoulder, but Laura guided me very gently throughout each movement protecting my shoulder at all times. She explained some of the health benefits of the movements and of yoga in general which I really liked.
Her studio is beautiful and tranquil with all the equipment needed to practice yoga. No need to bring anything - just a water bottle.
I really like that it is a small studio (4 or 5 people) so it is a very personal experience to be there.
Laura is very knowledgeable on the practice of different styles of yoga. She has a gentle and calming presence.
At the end of my session, I actually felt like I had just had a full body massage - I was so relaxed and felt so happy within.
A very rewarding experience to calm my mind and reward my body with movement.
