Current details for ABN 69 610 273 062 SMART AUSTRALIAN SERVICES PTY LTD ABN status: Cancelled from 19 Jun 2020 and the Residential property listed as the business address as sold in 2021.

1 /5 Haydn Murdoch: Just got off the phone from these scammers. Alex, made out that I had previously spoken to a sales colleague about upgrading my gas tank to electric. NO I HADNT. After 5 attempts to escalate my complaint about these lies I was hand-balled to Adam who simply couldnt disclose the Companys address other than to say Craigieburn but had all the sounds and delays of an Indian Call Centre. When asked where are "YOU" situated right now, they hung up. The irony is they rung a company that actually does legitimate and quality upgrade work under VEU scheme of Hot Water Systems and treat our customers like gold not dirt!! 1 /5 Deb Leed: I received 2 phone calls tonight and when I asked to talk to a manager I was hung up on. The 2nd time they called I took note of the phone number, and decided to ring them back, all I wanted to talk to the manager about was that I already have received this service but no one wanted to listen to me they would just be rude and talked over me. After I answered their questions I obtained that only a couple of managers on duty but no one bothered to talk to me. After my 5th call to them and trying to get some answers from them as they seem to know who I was. On the 5th call to them, I allowed her to do her talk about what they do and even though I had said I had an electric water heater and eventually told her I had already received the govt hot water service deal, she still questioned me as if I had no idea what I was talking about. When I asked if I could get a manager to talk to they promptly hung up. When is enough enough, and when you say your not interested (for whatever reason) that should be the end. One person actually told me to be quiet while she talked...., your staff need better training in phone etiquette and no wonder people think your company comes across as I scam. Just take me off the call list....PLEASE.

1 /5 Claire Heaney: They are constantly calling on different numbers. My phone clocks them as Suspected Spam so I usually decline. However, I had a call last week that I did answer and it was NOT spam so I have sometimes answered. But these are unrelenting.
