1 /5 Deb Leed: I received 2 phone calls tonight and when I asked to talk to a manager I was hung up on. The 2nd time they called I took note of the phone number, and decided to ring them back, all I wanted to talk to the manager about was that I already have received this service but no one wanted to listen to me they would just be rude and talked over me. After I answered their questions I obtained that only a couple of managers on duty but no one bothered to talk to me. After my 5th call to them and trying to get some answers from them as they seem to know who I was. On the 5th call to them, I allowed her to do her talk about what they do and even though I had said I had an electric water heater and eventually told her I had already received the govt hot water service deal, she still questioned me as if I had no idea what I was talking about. When I asked if I could get a manager to talk to they promptly hung up.
When is enough enough, and when you say your not interested (for whatever reason) that should be the end. One person actually told me to be quiet while she talked...., your staff need better training in phone etiquette and no wonder people think your company comes across as I scam. Just take me off the call list....PLEASE.
