1 /5 Ehsaan Khan: I have been a member for very long. Recent experiences have left me deeply disappointed. Its becoming clear that certain members receive preferential treatment. It seems the owners encouraged a certain member to come or with exaggerated means in order to satisfy his preference being considered.
Any attempt to raise concerns is met with indifference. If some certain members are involved, complaints are brushed aside or resolved in favour of those members. Its sad to see a gym that should be inclusive and community-driven operate with bias.
Do not expect a good change. Even if there is any, it is short-lived and is fizzled out after a short time no matter how many months or years you try to request addressing them.
The cardio quipments are secondhand mostly, being dusty with no proper clean, especially on weekends. The benches upholstery are wearing off and are wobbly.
Some members bring their friends for free by letting tailgating on weekends. These concerns were raised before, yet owners wouldnt care. Any misadventure due to this will ultimately fall on the owners shoulders. I will be posting updates of all of my claims backed by evidence from time to time, unlike fake sheets endorsed by them.
Bottomline is, soon as a new gym opens near Dandenong Plaza, please consider that and do not sign up with Snap, the worst of all branches I have visited. When you try to give feedback, the owners attempt to instigate a constructive removal of your membership by asserting to have membership cancelled if you dont like our gym.
