You walk in after having a bad day, you walk out ready to tackle the world. With Jack you learn technique, nutrition and health. You just don’t get this personal service anywhere. Lucky Barwon Heads and surrounds. Do yourself a favour, no matter what level of fitness, size, look etc, you’ll feel comfortable and not judged. Good luck Jack.

Emran Bhatti Review: Genesis Health and Fitness Dandenong I had the worst experience with Genesis Health and Fitness Dandenong, and I would never recommend this gym to anyone. I canceled my membership on November 19, 2024, due to outdated equipment and overpriced facilities. Per the notice period, my last date to use the gym was December 20, 2024. However, my account continued to be debited for four consecutive weeks after the cancellation date. I contacted the management over the phone multiple times, and despite being assured after the third week that my cancellation was processed and I would be refunded within 10 business days, my account was debited again on January 15, 2025. This forced me to visit the facility in person to express my frustration and demand answers. The lack of professionalism and accountability is appalling. Even after several calls and promises, I am yet to receive my refund. For a gym that charges premium rates, their service and management are shockingly poor. Save your money and avoid the hassle—there are far better gyms with modern facilities at much lower costs in the area. Genesis Dandenong is not worth the frustration.
