The studio in Newport is beautiful, welcoming, clean, and empowering. You won’t find a variety of classes anywhere else. They cater from beginners to advanced, men’s classes, pregnancy to post-partum, hot Pilates, there is something for everyone . Each session leaves me feeling stronger, more balanced, and totally uplifted. Core Culture is the OG Pilates studio in Newport, can’t recommend it enough - truly the best Pilates experience around!

Amy is fantastic at assessing your fitness level and recommending the right level of exercise for each individual.
