Monica M After trying different local gyms and fitness studios, I can definitely say that Fitstop is one of the best in the area. It’s a very welcoming gym with very friendly and encouraging trainers and members, which is really motivating and comforting for newbies. The trainers are so attentive and really helpful with technique and adjustments to suit my fitness level and are always super supportive to my individual needs. The classes are really well structured and easy to follow which is reassuring for someone like me who doesn’t have a lot of gym experience. Terri and Heath have created a really positive and fun environment and Fitstop is now my preference over my other fitness classes. I’d highly recommend to others looking at joining.

Rachel Dunnet Decent tennis courts, I like how they are located at the top of a building, very unique! One of the staff is really nice and friendly! The only problem is that this place is only a little bit hard to find. But other than that this place was quite nice.

Phil P Great place with lots of different kids’ sports classes to choose from. The facilities are good, prices are reasonable, and it’s an excellent place for kids to get into sport.

The studio is welcoming, the instructors are supportive and knowledgeable, and the classes leave me feeling stronger every time. The intro offer is such great value if youre new to pilates - highly recommend!
