Little Mandarin Yoga & Pilates (Blackburn) - VIC

Xiaoni Hou Just had a free experience class with Little Mandarin at the new grand opening branch at Blackburn Square. The environment was made to be really peaceful, while the interior design and furnishings are very elegant and oozes with comfort and class. The educators are all friendly and knowledgeable, helpful all the way. Pilates would be my favorite class so far, while the aerial yoga is a very graceful activity, great for stretches. Hot Vinyasa is also highly recommended as I definitely worked up a good sweat and feeling refreshed afterwards. I have joint the member right after the class as there is nothing like it out there.

Warriors Martial Arts - VIC

Ash Ameri We’re so happy with this karate class! The instructors are always friendly, organised, respectful and professional. My son feels very comfortable and safe during every lesson. Since joining, his confidence and self esteem have really improved. It’s a wonderful environment for kids to learn, grow and have fun, highly recommended!

Alpha Pac Health & Fitness - VIC

Vanessa Marczan Working one on one with Jason from Alpha Pac was a brilliant decision (on my part!) to kickstart my #lifestylechange. Jason is an absolute delight to work. He really understood my goals, explained how we would work towards it. Our workouts were challenging and achievable, I felt supported outside of my comfort zone. At the end of our ten sessions, I was already seeing results from our very hard work- and confident enough to venture into group classes and knowledgable enough to exercise safely. He tells a good story, bad jokes and has pretty good taste in music. I have zero hesitation recommending him joining you on your fitness journey - whether you need a gentle kick up the butt to start, training for something in particular or recovering from injury. All round great dude!

Inner Studio - VIC

Jack Moss Really enjoyed my session at Inner Studio. The space has a great feel to it with all the greenery, and the mix of breathwork, heat and cold exposure was a great way to reset. It’s a relaxed environment but still pushes you in a good way. I left feeling refreshed and clear-headed.

Strong Pilates Port Melbourne - VIC

Alexandra Legovich I wasn’t sure what to expect when I first joined Strong Pilates Port Melbourne around 5 months ago but now I can’t imagine my week without it! From day one, Remm and Dylan made me feel so welcomed. You can tell that they genuinely care and have built something people want to be a part of. The culture they’ve created is huge part of what makes this studio so special. The classes are challenging but addictive. No two classes feel the same which keeps things interesting but the structured training blocks still provide a sense of progression. I’ve been able to build strength, improve endurance and track personal progress from week to week without it feeling repetitive. Each instructor brings their own style and energy but they all share the same supportive down to earth attitude that makes you feel capable and included. They strike the perfect balance between pushing you and keeping it fun. If you’re looking for a workout that actually keeps you coming back (and has you feeling smug post-class), this is it. So if you’re thinking about it, just do it! You’ll thank yourself later
