Even with my active fitness schedule, the classes still provides me with a quick high-impact work out, whilst interestingly relaxing and refreshing at the same time. I am genuinely addicted! Highly recommend giving a trial class a go, you wont be disappointed.

The Loft Pilates - VIC

Lara Ive LOVE this place! I’ve been training at the loft for the past 4 years and I have loved every single class, recovery session (sauna and ice bath) and event they put on. The team are absolutely amazing — full of energy, incredibly knowledgeable, and always bring their best to every class. Its such a welcoming and super motivating environment. Highly recommend!
