Lee Barry Loving my 20V sessions. I was struggling with weight training in the gym as a 55 year old. Told to lift heavier to help build muscle for my age. Felt like I was always over training or hurting myself. This has been life changing. Its challenging but Im supported the whole time with simple movements whilst the pulses do their magic. I love that its done in 20 minutes. The team are just wonderful and so supportive. Ive felt a massive difference in my strength, mobility and balance in the 3 months Ive been going. So much easier than the traditional gym. But you still come away feeling like youve worked hard!
