The Tone, Power, and Flow Pilates classes challenge every muscle in my body, and I can genuinely feel my core strength growing in ways I never imagined. Some moves even give my brain a workout—seriously! Nikki, Kirby, and the entire Squad Community make every class feel like home. Its not just a workout; it feels like Im surrounded by my BBFs, instructors included. I cant recommend this studio enough—its fun, encouraging, and helping me stay strong and ahead of the game in my late 40s!
