5 /5 Beth Dunham: This place is an absolute treasure. Nikki, Kirby and the entire Squad team make this place truly one in a million. I have never worked so hard, for so long, and enjoyed every minute of it. The strength my body has built is invaluable and all done whilst having fun with a community of such wonderful people. I honestly dont know what I would do without Squad!

The Pilates flow class was paced well and I loved that I had the option of making the moves more challenging if I wanted to - I got a good burn without even thinking about it. Made me fall in love with moving my body again!

The Tone, Power, and Flow Pilates classes challenge every muscle in my body, and I can genuinely feel my core strength growing in ways I never imagined. Some moves even give my brain a workout—seriously! Nikki, Kirby, and the entire Squad Community make every class feel like home. Its not just a workout; it feels like Im surrounded by my BBFs, instructors included. I cant recommend this studio enough—its fun, encouraging, and helping me stay strong and ahead of the game in my late 40s!
