Club Lime Thomastown - VIC

Michael Pane Gym is great, a lot of unnecessary hate going on with the workers. The equipment isn’t super diverse but is kept clean and in good condition. I do personally feel like the etiquette of other gym goers has been lacklustre lately, a lot of rubbish being dumped, weights being left on racks toilets treated poorly, sweat being left on seats after use. In general the gym is great

North Melbourne Boxing & Fitness - VIC

Seth Dearnley North Melbourne Boxing and Fitness is everything you could want in a boxing gym! Friendly environment, knowledgeable and passionate coaches, strong ties to the boxing community, good amenities and very reasonable prices. The gym caters to all skill levels from casual people like myself who do it for exercise to actual competitors who have won a bunch of fights. Was a bit nervous before my first session but soon felt welcome. Been going for almost a year now and I couldnt recommend it enough!

Jess Wilson FINALLY, I found group fitness that works for me! With back and hip problems, KX Pilates is exactly that low impact, strength-focused program that I needed. The classes are flexible to injury and fitness level, and you can pick from a variety of class packs so suit your schedule. The instructors are knowledgeable and attentive - correcting form and movement to ensure that everyone is getting the most out of the classes. Special shout out to Ashley (her Friday morning classes are my fav way to start my last day of the week, work day!), Marian, Josh, and Joel. I always leave KX Prahran feeling healthy, strong, happy, and looked after.
