1 /5 James Ray: Don’t by land in Aurora, don’t buy a house in Aurora and do not rent in Aurora. Lendlease partnered with Opticomm for the fiber in the estate and they are useless. I have been with our internet for 4 days and I have been told Opticomm may call me about it in 1-2 more days. You simply can’t rely on your internet in Aurora; go elsewhere.

4 /5 Makson Antony: I have recently settled my land I bought from Aurora Lendlease in Wollert. Even though there were some land level concerns I raised after my pre-settlement inspection, my concerns were addressed with patience and was provided with enough evidence to ensure clarity. Priti from sales office was good in communication and addressing client concerns and the development manager Penny and site supervisor Alex were very prompt with responses. Good customer service overall.

1 /5 Grace Marie Aguilar: Be ready for land titling delays. Every month they update their page for further delays, extending it month per month. Yeah it is beyond your control as you say but why not just tell us when the real title release is going to be instead of providing false projected dates.
