She creates a friendly and safe environment and you feel comfortable and supported no matter the level of fitness you are. Michelle has also been accommodating to allow my young girls to attend and exercise with me :) I also highly recommend her remedial massages! She has helped me get back to running since having kids!

The workouts are modifiable to my fitness level and are a lot of fun with a solid mix of cardio and strength! Michelle always greets everyone with a smile and creates a positive environment to meet their personal goals. 10/10

5 /5 Jacinta MacLeod: Michelle has been my trainer for about 6 years now, and has consistently been able to provide a challenging and fun workout regime for every stage of fitness, or life stage such as pregnancy and postpartum for me. She has a wealth of knowledge encompassing nutrition as well and is always happy to share this. Offering massage therapy has been a real bonus and her mums and bubs sessions have made exercise a lot easier to accomodate.

5 /5 Kirsty Lay: Fantastic, knowledgeable, and caring PT. Michelles group fitness classes are always different and heaps of fun, and she tolerates a lot of whinging! She does massage as well and with a nursing background she knows her stuff. Highly recommend!
