Charles Brent Matta Love how spacious the facility is and the variety of gym equipment. Staff is very friendly and helpful. For personal training, I would very much recommend working with Joe. As a rugby player, he has greatly helped with my game. He caters your workouts, to what your sport/ activity needs and genuinely cares about helping you achieve your goals. Always looking forward to working out here every week.

Laura Weatherby Lovely gym. Its always clean and I dont usually struggle to get on the equipment I want. Libby on reception is super friendly, and she makes you feel welcome as soon as you walk in. Ive also been doing some PT sessions with Tom, and Id definitely recommend him. Hes very patient, knowledgeable, and I felt like he really listened to what my goals and weak areas were, so working with him, Ive been seeing improvements in myself already.

Wagner Jessica (J Wagner) I love the welcoming environment the girls have created in the studio. Its so nice to have a place to feel comfortable in my own skin from the outset. Having the 24/7 optional well aswell as the variety in classes suits my busy lifestyle. Between work, driving kids to all their activities and ife I know I can get there 3 times a week and get my workout done in my own time

Foodie Fitness - NSW

Kara T Im so grateful to have found Jenny. Ive previously worked 1:1 with physiotherapists and exercise physiologists in gym settings, but no one truly understood what my body needed until I met Jenny. I’ve dealt with past rotator cuff injuries, and currently scoliosis, and kyphosis, and I’ve never been someone who enjoys the gym or feels confident using equipment. I also struggled with activating the right muscles during workouts. Since starting regular weekly sessions with Jenny, everything has changed. Im actually beginning to enjoy training, and I feel more connected to my body than ever before. Jenny truly understands how to tailor each session to my unique needs. I also really appreciate that she combines her knowledge of weight training with expertise in yoga and Pilates. It makes for a well-rounded and mindful approach to fitness. Thank you so much, Jenny, for your support, knowledge, and encouragement!
