Restore Movement Physiotherapy - VIC
Halina Grey I had a really sore neck, shoulder and back, called restore and they actually had an appointment for the next day so I was lucky! It was my first time going to a physiotherapist and I didnt know what to expect but both the receptionist and Matthew were welcoming, friendly and very helpful. I no longer have the pain and Mathew was extremely knowledgeable and professional. Also could use my Medicare and health insurance so it ended up costing me only $42 all up which was fantastic as Im poor. Overall great place to go if you have pain. 10/10 recommend!

Fitness First Kings Cross Platinum - VIC
desi sher Im a tourist, travelling through Australia and I went to the gym, and explained that I was a paid member of Fitness First in Indonesia (and showed my online pass) and asked if I could kindly use the gym for just the one time, whilst I was in Sydney? To my surprise, I got an instant Yes, a friendly smile and curiosity from an employee called Omar. He was very likeable, shook my hand and welcomed me to the gym. Excellent service! The gym itself was good, lots of people around on a Mon morning, plenty of machines and loose weights.

Mariam George C3 kingsgrove is such a welcoming and energetic training community with the right support for all strengths and abilities. I have significant limiting injuries, but the coaches surely know how to tweak the program to accommodate my injuries, allowing me to still get a great workout.
