Even with having a very busy work life, Christian has found a way for me to fit training into my schedule and stay super motivated to keep pushing each week. Christian has been very supportive, takes the time to get to know you and what your goals are and never makes you feel under pressure. Would highly recommend!!!

His expertise and skill helped me manage a persistent hip pain by alleviating discomfort and improving mobility which overall helped to enhance my performance. He takes a holistic view of your goals taking into account lifestyle and sets about planning how you will achieve those goals and maintain it long term. What also sets Christian apart from the "traditional PT" is the way he nurtures everyone in the club, always there with guidance and ready to adjust programs or nutrition advice. In saying that he still does push you at the gym ;) I have been with the crew at Stronghold since its inception and it has transformed my life, near on 10 years and I continue to improve but also maintain a healthy lifestyle.
