Wilfred Edmund Lee I had a session with Sylvie Zhang to fix my issue with my neck, shoulders and arms. She did a great job to solve my left arm where initially I could not lift above the head. Now the arm has free movement. I’m still have a session with her to solve other issues. Highly recommend this place!

Snap Fitness 24/7 Mulgrave-Waverley Gardens - VIC

Nathan Mylonas At the start of this gym, I didn’t really enjoy it when Ken was the manager since there weren’t any classes and it felt like something was missing. Since Jerry took over, he’s brought in a lot of great classes like boxing, strength, and endurance, which make me feel more comfortable and committed to coming in regularly. Julien, the personal trainer, also does a free first session to help people get started and runs some of the classes too, which is really helpful. The equipment is up to date, gym is always clean, the classes are fun and motivating, and the monthly challenges keep things interesting. I’ve even gotten some of my friends to join, and they’ve had the same positive experience. Overall, this gym has improved a lot. I don’t think I’d still be coming to this gym and probably would have joined a different gym entirely if it wasn’t for Jerry adding these classes and the fun conversations in the classes.

Sophie Dunkley The team and community at Under The Bar are genuinely just the best. It’s more than just a gym, it really is a community and a family. The classes are designed to push you but, at the same time is so adaptable to every person and ability. The coaches are always there with a smile and great energy, really encouraging you to step out of your comfort zone, all the while, making the gym a fun and exciting place that isn’t a chore but instead I look forward to going to every day!
