I bought a bracelet from here a while ago and recently lost it, I was so sad and I popped into Origen in the hope they still had them but no. Within minutes Rose Marie got in touch with her supplier and a replacement bracelet will be here in 6 weeks - thank you!!! Whilst there Rose Marie and ? (sorry I didnt catch your name, my bad) helped me find a wonderful blouse for an upcoming special occasion and even a pair of jeans that, for the first time ever, I dont have to rush off and have taken up. I felt a million dollars in my new clothes and cant thank the ladies enough for helping me find confidence. This really is a wonderful store, full of surprises, with warmth and empathy all the way. Irfan Laghmani Linda did an incredible impression of my daughter, and it’s absolutely BEAUTIFUL!!! Even though she broke her hand and needed surgery, she kept us in the loop and let us know exactly when the masterpiece would be ready. We couldn’t be happier with what she created for us!
