1 /5 G Li: I was going to give no stars for the ANZ system and poor performance and customer service! but I still given one star for the maneger. My account was some money missed, I called the ANZ, they told me to go to a branch to resolve the problem. I went to Tarneit branch. The guy who severed the front desk heard me, instead to make a internal phone call to easily resolve the situation, he gave me a phone number to call, I have called the number and waited over an hour, someone on the other side of the phone heard me and again said that I needed to go to a branch to resolve the situation, customer is like a ball to kick around from phone call to branch, from branch to phone call! And there was a lady staff even said that I need to go back and calculate all my transactions and make an appointment to resolve this?
How ever, there is a manager who at the end calls the internal phone call, in 10-15 minutes the issues have resolved! My question is why is ANZ making all these dramas to the customers and the answer just an internal phone call away?
My conclusion is, if you don’t need to deal with ANZ, go somewhere, because this is not a first time that I experienced it in ANZ.
