Club Lime South Morang - VIC

Michelle Gigliotti This is a great gym! Its large, spacious, and well-equipped in a clean, modern building. Parking is plentiful, and the area feels safe thanks to the constant activity and lively vibe, close to lots of shopping and cafes. My favorite feature is the dedicated ladies’ workout area, which is well-stocked with cardio and resistance training equipment. There’s always upbeat, motivational background music playing that really gets you pumped for a workout. Ive been to other large, well known gyms in the local area and I find this gym to be more warm and welcoming with less pretence. A much more enjoyable experience in my opinion. Overall, it’s an excellent gym and very well-priced.

Megan Cordina Wellness - VIC

tanur parira The pilates experience has been amazing. I give a lot of credit to Megan for giving me a life without lower back pain. Before I started doing this regularly, my bulging disc issue would cause pain every 4-8 weeks. I can say since starting this 1 year ago and doing it regularly has meant not going on any anti-inflammatory for the whole time. I can drive for hours without pain. Not to mention the overall strength I feel, better toned body. Love her classes. She is a great coach and person.
