Club Pilates Manly - VIC

Katherine Smallen I highly recommend Club Pilates Manly. The instructors are professional, knowledgeable and caring. Their variety of classes keep things interesting and challenging. It’s hard to have favourites when it’s always a great workout but I can’t help but shout out. Angela, thanks for helping me find my core and other muscles I didn’t know I had! You make me look forward to Mondays! Heidi thanks for making perspiration feel like meditation. Anya, your laugh makes the workout more fun. And of course Leesa, you build our CPM community while building our muscles.

Rob & Lea Beer Daniel and Bec are bright positive people. They are professional, respectful and very engaging, taking into consideration all your needs. The business is well equipped with modern performance measuring equipment, weights, exercising equipment and with plenty of space to exercise in and to monitor that the recommended exercises be performed correctly. Always a delight to see Bec as you enter the business with her bright and cheerful greeting. Always on point with advice on your appointment and future appointment and exercise needs. Daniel is Mr Magic. Knowing exactly what the problem is and how to remedy you back to health and strength. Hence LifeStrong. Daniel will support you with proper diagnosis, the appropriate exercise programs, massage, the reason/s behind a planned path forward and supporting joints with strapping if and when required. My body has benefitted for nearly 10+ years since I first met Daniel. He has enabled my body to be LifeStrong, by managing the exercises I require to keep moving forward without pain relief. I recommended him to all I meet that require his professional skills. Im also grateful to know that when I have recommended Daniel, some have said that they already knew about him and having mentioned him, will get in touch with him. Daniel and his team live up to the business name LifeStrong. Another very satisfied customer.

Berwick Personal Training - VIC

Clancy Kristian (Kris) While its pretty early in my sessions being guided by Andrew, the human behind Berwick Personal Training, I know Im in safe hands. He isnt a PT who yells at you to get results, he guides you on how to not only have good form (which is great for your personal safety), but also encourages you to get the best results for you. Andrew has been responsive when you say that theres a particular ailment that is affecting you at that moment, and has a broad repertoire of exercises which can achieve similar goals for that muscle area. I.e. My knees werent loving one of the exercises, so we switched it up to a better stretch which worked the same area of the body. While the price of a session can feel like a lot, the support and guidance provided by Andrew is focused solely on you during your session - accompanied with a training plan for self-guided workouts throughout the week. Ive not regretted signing up for Andrews assistance on my weight-loss & muscle/fitness journey. On a side note - other than Andrews work with me, Ive seen him support many other clients, and his care for your physical health is strong and dedicated. In my last session, I felt like the world was weighing down upon me - Andrew helped snap me out of that mindset, and possibly without realising what I needed when I needed it most. He is kind, caring, but also focused on you. Sometimes thats quite hard to find in this world. If youre considering getting back into the gym, and youre not sure how to go about it, do consider Berwick Personal Training - Ive not regretted it.
