5 /5 allyson gyrmakis: I train here 6 days a week. I love that at the age of 47 I feel like part of the community and am encouraged and pushed daily . Reece and Tyler have amazing knowledge around technique and really encourage you to be the best that you can be as an individual . I enjoy the friendly banter that happens at the gym. It is a fun space. The recovery room is also amazing . I would recommend all the mums to get down here and give it a go. With encouragement , consistency and time you will soon be addicted .

New to training, I was nervous and unsure where to begin. But thanks to the supportive community theyve fostered, Im feeling more confident. Theyre certainly trainers who take the time to help improve technique and motivate you to get the most out of your training. And the recovery room works a treat too.

Over the past 3 years, the private sessions with Sally have made an amazing difference to my mobility and I am eternally grateful. The studio is welcoming and convenient and it is pleasure to go there

I am really enjoying the experience so far, the encouragement and support from the coaches and other members has been wonderful, everyone has made me feel very welcome. The workouts are tough as I am basically a beginner again, but very rewarding. I can already feel a difference in my muscles and energy levels.

The programs are great, tailored for your needs and goals, and with enough variety to keep it interesting. The intensives are an opportunity to challenge yourself more or try something new.
