Carlile Swim Cherrybrook - VIC

Cherry Yip I can do breaststroke, but for years I still haven’t been able to swim freestyle. On my 7th lesson at Cherrybrook Carlile I managed to swim 25m. My instructor corrects my style and at the same time I don’t feel pressured or humiliated. She even allows me to have it my way most of the time. All the instructors are commendable here for their effort. Thank you . If you are looking for swimming lessons there’s no better place than here.

Pilates Tone - VIC

Farhin Chowdhury I’ve been attending Pilates Tone for the past few years, and recently did one of Mish’s classes for the first time. She’s amazing! It was incredibly well-structured. Some of the exercises got my heart rate up while they still focused on controlled movement and form. I left feeling stronger and re-energised. I wish I could be available more Monday nights to attend her classes.
