1 /5 Joyce Diebels: I booked a reiki session, which got cancelled as the person got sick. I rebooked my session as the portal let me book a new date, but then this session got cancelled just the evening before at 9pm the eve before my appointment. Whilst I do understand illness happens, since then there has been no communication about my appointment or refund. I emailed, called, texted and used the app, but there is no sign of life, which I find very disappointing. Aside from the fact that I really looked forward to it and booked out my Sunday, moreover it is a reasonable amount of money that I would just like to get back.

What I take issue with is being told that my factual review is an ‘attack.’ Two appointments were cancelled, one the night before after an automatic confirmation of my appointment, and my messages from two weeks ago after the first cancellation went unanswered. Given that history, it was reasonable to be unsure whether anyone would respond this time, automated email or not.
My review was not personal; it was a simple reflection of the communication challenges I experienced. I would appreciate clear reassurance that my refund will be processed promptly. That’s all I have been asking for.
