Stephanie OCollins A wonderful place to see brilliant practitioners and wonderful workshops. I regularly see Brooke for acupuncture and massage and she is very kind and competent. I went to gong therapy last weekend upstairs. There are steps to the practitioner rooms. They also offer a variety of yoga sessions and numerous practitioners to support your health.

Jane Andrews Hayley Corkery has helped my bad neck/back/etc so, so much! I have had chronic pain due to rock climbing and bad posture and Hayley has seriously helped to relieve my pain and has provided me with exercises that I can do to correct my posture habits. I recommend Hayley to anyone suffering from a sports injury/pain/bad posture, etc!!

Nicky I recently attended a dance-workout class/session ran by Victoria on a Saturday morning. It was absolutely so fun, and such a good workout! There was also a variety of different dance styles incorporated into the fitness routines - and you dont need to be a pro at all to participate! If I lived in Melbourne I would attend regularly. If you want to keep fit and enjoy yourself while doing it, definitely recommend.
