5 /5 Lyndall Biggar: An effective guided meditation and yoga program in a relaxing safe space which encouraged ‘being’ over the ‘doing’ of daily life, thus generally re-energising ourselves within our group. Many thanks to Jen for providing this program which included a delicious home-cooked meal, herbal tea & fruit, complemented by a rich cacao drink & group chat plus ritual reflection by the open fire. I would highly recommend this experiential session to anyone seeking ‘time out’ from their hectic and busy schedule. Lyndall

She is very present, uses many modalities to heal the body, and truly focuses on healing the body and mind!! Youve created very special atmosphere for relaxation and rejuvenation, starting from very comfortable mattresses, eye pillows, spearmint oil rub and finishing with herbal tea with beautiful desert ball of some home made secret ingredients and pine nuts. Main part went so fast though it lasted almost 1.5 hours. Yoga nidra meditation plus Tibetan singing bowls and gong of right size with other "strange" sounds made me feel being on the journey to other planet. Really enjoyed the whole experience!!! Loved everything. Hope to see you again.
