5 /5 Jane: Pilates Bay reformer Pilates classes have been a revelation to me. I have been going for over 6 months and the changes in my body and strength have been amazing. All of the instructors I have had including Andrea Sam Bri and Jo structure their classes well with extensions and variations for all abilities. The new studio is gorgeous with a lovely garden outlook which is very restorative. I highly recommend Pilates Bay.

All the instructors I’ve had have been very encouraging and offer exercise modifications to support my injuries. I did many classes with my parents and we all had a great workout at different levels.

I love Bris classes, and Andrea is so so lovely also, and makes you work to your fullest. The atmosphere is calming and you can tap into whatever level your feeling. I go now 2 to 3 times a week, and really enjoy the space and workouts. Thanks guys. X

Mick O My first visit here for a 30-minute ice bath/ spa session. The staff were very helpful with explaining and going over the whole process to maximise my sports recovery. The amenities are very clean, I will be highly recommending to others in my group to use Axis Performance in Narre warren.

Restore Movement Physiotherapy - VIC

Halina Grey I had a really sore neck, shoulder and back, called restore and they actually had an appointment for the next day so I was lucky! It was my first time going to a physiotherapist and I didnt know what to expect but both the receptionist and Matthew were welcoming, friendly and very helpful. I no longer have the pain and Mathew was extremely knowledgeable and professional. Also could use my Medicare and health insurance so it ended up costing me only $42 all up which was fantastic as Im poor. Overall great place to go if you have pain. 10/10 recommend!

Air Locker Training Northcote - VIC

Dane Marks I did a pre sign up believing were opening in Feb. They dragged me along for months with promises of an opening date before I decided Id go elsewhere. Now 6 months later theyve decided to randomly deduct money from my account on 2 separate occasions. Edit: I didnt have time to get to the bank so its 3 times now theyve taken money and then sent me a happy birthday email haha Gross human beings
