The facility was great, everyone was welcoming, and I felt super comfortable going into my hour long exercise sesh. I’d highly recommend coming for anyone out there that’s interested in having guided weight training. Thanks again guys!

5 /5 Charmaine Wee: Ive been training with Brad since October 2024. It has been one of the best decisions as a present for myself. My initial goals were "vanity" driven (ha ha) but the personal training sessions have given me more than that. Ive gained strength that will most definitely benefit me in my later years in life. I am fitter than I have ever been in my mid 40s, more so than my 20s and 30s. Brads knowledge is of one the highest i have come across with a personal trainer. Brad has helped me come back from an injury and integrated my physio requirements into the workouts. He has done a great job and I have made a great recovery. Strength Store is a great place, if you are looking for tailored one one one, one on two, and group training.

Due to his extensive education (including recent Masters in Exercise Physiology) he has a really unique understanding of how to build strength safely. I’m stronger than I’ve ever been and have only ever looked forward to each session to see how I’m progressing. The gym is welcoming and bright and everyone is friendly - love having a laugh which I appreciate.
