Project Better Collingwood - VIC

Ben What a great gym! All the staff are really helpful. The music is always great. The sauna is state of the art. Being able to do a cold plunge outdoors is great. They let you bring your dog in. The equipment is all high tech and easy to use. The group sessions on the weekend are awesome! Well done Project Better :)

From the incredibly clean facilities and equipment, to the friendly staff who are more than happy to help, I highly recommend this studio to anyone looking for a quiet place to train. Don’t be fooled by the size, this gym has everything you need and more - not to mention wait times for equipment? Practically 0.

Plank Pilates Studio - VIC

sarah mellowes Luisa and her team at Plank Pilates are beyond incredible. I had been suffering from lower back pain and recurring disc injuries for many years but thanks to Luisa and her team I am stronger than I have ever been and living pain free! The class sizes allow for individual attention at all times and the attention to detail, professionalism, experience and expertise of all the staff makes coming to Plank every week my favourite way to exercise. No class is ever the same. We are always being challenged and pushed in the safest of ways and the atmosphere is incredibly friendly and welcoming for beginners and seasoned Pilates fans! I would highly recommend Plank to everyone especially people with lower back problems…. It has changed my life!
