Brian Anthony This gym keeps going from strength to strength. Covid didnt stop the installation of new equipment and accessories. Two athlete owners offer fantastic coaching and the large space make this a premium gym for fitness, powerlifting and bodybuilding. Check out the amazing equipment over two levels, where there is always a bench or rack available for you. Highly recommended!!

Melodie Alcin I did a one-day trial and I was pleasantly surprised. The equipment is new. The gym is clean and not too crowded, even at lunchtime. The yoga class was good and relaxing, and the coach Ruben very welcoming. I didnt sign up because I had to leave Sydney, but Ill definitely sign up if I come back.

Cecilia Roberts Just recovering from a Total Knee Replacement and wanted to ensure optimal recovery. So, I went to MCAP, Adam (Physiotherapist) devised a realistic , systematic program that built strength, mobility and flexibility. He consistently adjusted the program to reflect small gains and achievements. His considerable knowledge of what was required was evident as he addressed any small issues that occurred. 4 months on both my surgeon and Adam are very pleased with my progress and I am well underway to a full recovery. I cannot recommend MCAP highly enough
