1 /5 Marwan: My first contact with this firm was good with George on the phone he seemed professional and knew what he was doing I felt confident with what he told me and the fees seemed ok, and what the plan was for my company tax, so I gave George and the firm access to online ato and to QuickBooks so they can sort my situation out,
From here I provided all that was asked for through email and George said he would quote me on how much it would cost but every time I rang as I had some questions he was with a client or busy he emailed me a sorry and that he would call me back but he never called me, through email he said we needed to act quickly and sort my situation out before Christmas but nothing happened now after the new year on the 12th I recieved correspondence from the ATO. Saying I’m overdue
I emailed George on 12th so far till today the 14th I hadn’t heard anything so I rang at 9:11 am to speak to George urgent but after checking with George the reception said he’s going out to meet a client and took my name and number still no call back or email. if your too busy just tell your clients so they can seek an alternative.
