Quantum Physique - VIC
Kevin Wan I chanced upon Quantum Physique as I was visiting my cousin who was having a training session there. I was impressed by the quality of the facility and the trainer Adrien. He is a cool bloke and obviously very passionate at what he does. He was extremely welcoming and invited me to try some of the very sophisticated looking pilates machines. It was fun and I felt muscle pains in every inch of my body for the days to come which was a sign of an awesome workout. Free parking at the front is also worth mentioning.

Hive Active - VIC
Marina van der Walt I joined Hive Active in May and Fraser is helping me build muscle strength to support bone density. He takes a wholistic approach to our sessions and has helped healed an old shoulder injury, by taking a considered and balanced approach. I’m surprised by the results already and are lifting much heavier weights than what I thought possible! I feel very welcome at Hive.

All are welcome from the hobbyist to people with competitive aspirations. 10/10, highly recommend, and will continue my combat sports journey here.

Andrews support and guidance made it easy to stay consistent and dedicated, and his encouragement and multiple weekly check ins helped me to stay committed and accountable to him. Working with Andrew was a fantastic experience from start to finish. Weight loss was good, but feeling better in my clothing was even better. I truly appreciate the positive, motivating environment that was created and the knowledge gained to enable a change of habits once the program ended.
