5 /5 Kevin Wan: I chanced upon Quantum Physique as I was visiting my cousin who was having a training session there. I was impressed by the quality of the facility and the trainer Adrien. He is a cool bloke and obviously very passionate at what he does. He was extremely welcoming and invited me to try some of the very sophisticated looking pilates machines. It was fun and I felt muscle pains in every inch of my body for the days to come which was a sign of an awesome workout. Free parking at the front is also worth mentioning.

Two years on and Adriens skills and commitment to helping others has changed my life. His extensive educational and professional development across a range of modalities provides him with insights that are generally unavailable to other health practioners. He is also assisting my daughters with their development and providing them with knowledge that is life changing. Adrien is definitely an asset to our community.
