5 /5 Stephanie Campbell: Fantastic gym! Since joining Training with Mates over a year ago, I’ve been so motivated to exercise and am back to a consistent gym routine. Results are showing and I’m feeling more confident than ever. The instructors and Dan ensure everything is modified as required to get the best out of everyone. TWM feels like a very supportive community. Everyone supports each other to push themselves to their limits. I’d recommend TWM to anyone looking for a supportive community with welcoming coaches. I look forward to my fitness journey at TWM.
