5 /5 Brett McDonald: It has been 6mths since I joined the awesome crew at Transform Fitness. After years of relative inactivity I had started back to the gym, but knew almost straight away that I needed something more structured and motivating! The Coaches at Transform are all very approachable, very helpful, be it a big or a small question. ICE sessions are intense and workouts, with the crews involved in each session spurring each other on. You always walk out flush with positive feelings, but never full of energy. Monthly body scans give you true ideas about your progress and I lost 11.5kg of fat mass while adding on just over 3kg of muscle mass. We have just started a 42 Day Challenge which is an amazing resource that will help build the right habits into the future. Highly recommend giving them a call and getting stuck in, you wouldn’t regret it.
Update: 42 Day Challenge has just finished and while it was indeed challenging, it was in the best possible way. The setup of the challenge was a great way to start and build on healthy habits in a structured way. At the end of the challenge I have lost 5.5kg overall including a bit over 3.5kg of pure fat!! Just another reason to recommend a visit and a chat with the coaches!
