The team are very professional, efficient and open to chat about any health / fitness goals and to maintain wellness for myself, my husband and my children. West Pennant Hills Sports Club - VIC

Janet Foster We haven’t been to the Sports Club for over a year or so. We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food & service last night. A young boy at the register was ever so friendly & Jack Whelan was so polite, he served our food and cleared away all our dishes with a smile. We’ll be back again for sure :)

Holistic Physio Fitness - VIC

Philippa Byers I have been attending two classes a week for over two years with Patrick. I have become stronger and have had no injuries because of Patricks oversight. He checks in with how people are feeling and adjusts the load accordingly, gradually timing weight bearing increases. The Maintenance classes combine balance, strength and cardio, and Patrick creates an encouraging, positive and happy atmosphere for all. Small classes are a bonus. I highly reccommend. I also highly recommend physiotherapist Craig, his one treatment and the exercises he gave my daughter for her back pain, appear to have sorted the problem.

Tony Such a friendly and welcoming gym! Jason, Ash and all the staff are awesome and always happy to help. Great variety of classes and a really positive atmosphere — highly recommend!
