5 /5 Mai Anh Tran: I highly recommend working with Bao. My parents application was originally dealt with another agent from a different company, and it took 8 years for it to lead no where. However, when I switched to working with TNB, we had our application done in a few months. Bao was very dedicated and understanding while helping us and the team have been so reliable throughout this whole process. I cant explain enough how grateful I am for the team in helping my family! 1 /5 Phillip: My time at this firm was nothing but short of professionalism. The team was referred to us by a close relative and we had entrusted Truong and his team to work on our case but after a failed outcome and no accountability taken from either him or his team, we had lost our trust in them. I now take the time to thoughtfully write this review for others to see, this is to not slander the team or the business, simply my experience. Whenever we had any issues or concerns with our case, he was always dismissive and lacked accountability, only ever making excuses. As clients, we trusted in their expertise but after reviewing the refusal letter and cross referencing against the supporting documents we provided, only about 60% was uploaded in support of our case with no explanation. He called us into the office to have a meeting with our options going forward, but the whole time he was making excuses as to why he never uploaded our documents. We explained to him that it was established prior we have a shared Google drive between himself and his team with all our files/documents that he stated he had no access to so we had to show him how to access it and when he realised we were right and he had made a mistake, he made excuses saying it was a computer system issue and it did not transfer into his personal drive and not taking accountability. He then shows ‘evidence’ that he was up staying late past midnight to work on our case when the timestamp clearly showed 12pm and even accidentally showing confidential records of other clients. In this meeting, Truong tried to make a light hearted joke about how when he first met us, he did not see us to be genuine because of our age and only then in that meeting did he say he believed our relationship to be ongoing and genuine. I firmly believe this bias option factored into our refusal letter given Truong expressed that he saw us as a ‘joke’ so how could we have trusted him to treat us like any other client and take our case seriously? Considering this is his field of work and expertise, I found it ridiculous that he did not give many instructions as to what we needed to do and what we needed to compile to support our case, only chasing it up when it was nearing the due date for submission. Recently, Truong has received a 1 star Google review which has since been taken down who he is adamant on that it was my partner’s and I’s doing, which then he contacted us to enquire about - we did not leave this review and told him so. After expressing our disbelief and concerns with his accusations privately, he shut us down, denying us access to call/email his team and to only schedule a meeting if we needed to contact them. During this incident he contacted a family of ours to ask and complain before confiding with us first, even now still in contact with that family member and is firm in his belief it was us though they said it was not us. He says that we were argumentative with him but we had only expressed our concerns with him in a professional manner - is it not professional on his part to have contacted our family regarding us and complaining about us to them without our knowledge. We no longer feel comfortable and confident working with Truong and his team following these events. We have decided to get a second opinion from a lawyer who has been more professional and highly educated to review our situation. It was appalling to hear that many things Truong told us, including advice, were incorrect and were actually damaging to our case, including the high fees they charge with the level of work they do. Our visa application was denied and is now about 1.5 years since the refusal date and throughout - we learnt through a different immigration lawyer that we were supposed to be providing extra evidence whilst waiting for an outcome but Truong and his team never told us to act on anything but rather just wait. We have decided to handover our case to a more trusted and reputable lawyer, in which Truong and his team will be receiving an email from them shortly.

She has successfully obtained her visa which didnt look likely to be granted. Cannot thank Bao enough for his work on our behalf
