5 /5 Kara: I really appreciate UBX Clyde North and being able to drop in whenever it suits and adjust each workout to how I’m feeling. The atmosphere is always welcoming and easygoing. Boxing with Dean is loads of fun—light-hearted, challenging, and there’s always a good laugh in the mix. The members are down to earth and genuinely supportive. Thanks to the flexible set up I’ve been able to stay on track with my goals and feel stronger every week. I leave each session feeling great and so glad I made it in.

5 /5 Ellen: UBX is fantastic! It has such a welcoming and motivating environment, but what truly sets it apart is Dean, the primary trainer. He is exceptional and incredibly supportive with a wealth of knowledge. As a circuit gym, sessions consist of structured exercises and routines, rather than the typical gym, which requires self-direction and motivation. However, flexibility is still fostered, and I notice that Dean tailors his approach to the unique needs and goals of members/clients. So, regardless of your experience, confidence or current state of mind, you can be assured youll be entering a very welcoming and supportive environment. If youre still unsure, take advantage of your first session being free ;-)

5 /5 Aaron: Quick 45 min training with strength, HIIT and excellent pad work from Dean. My fitness levels sky-rocket even when I go at least 2 times per week. If I go 3 or 4, Im a different person. Excellent for stress, low mood, or anxiety, and if you have a busy schedule.
