Odeya I recently had a flare-up of an old knee injury, and my physio recommended consistent but controlled exercise. After about 4 weeks of classes with Michelle, the pain has completely gone! Using the springboard is such a fun and different way to work out, and having a physiotherapist guide the classes is a game changer. Michelle is so warm and friendly, and is super attentive to everyone in the class. She always knows how to tailor exercises and adjust form for myself and other people with different injuries and abilities, and I am so grateful Ive been able to build strength and reduce my pain in such a fun and safe environment. Love Michelle, love the studio, 10/10 highly recommend!!

Helen Walker Active Seniors at Dee Why is a wonderful place to get a personalised gym program to target your specific needs. The staff watch participants throughout the half hour sessions, which have limited attendee numbers, and provide advice and gentle reminders on how to perform each exercise safely. No loud music or lycra - just friendly staff and fellow attendees. I thoroughly recommend this gym for over 55s wishing to improve their health and exercise regimes.
